December 2010's Club Meetings

We have been getting ready for this month's (December 2010) Bernina and Embroidery Club meetings and we hope that you will join us! If you purchased your machine from The Bobbin Case, Inc. you know that the meetings are always free! (If you purchased your Bernina elsewhere, there is a small fee for you to join us.)
Each December the staff prepares a surprise project for you. We provide all of the supplies and you leave with an item which you can use or give away to a friend. We see many of our customers using their December Club projects month after month. Many times for many years! Got your interest? Be sure to come to the CLub meetings to see just what this year's project is!

Barb has brought in a few of the projects she's been working on and we have them on display in the shop so everyone can see her beautiful workmanship. They also showcase the uses for the Bernina Embroidery software and the perfect job done by Barb's Bernina machine.

Block of the Month

We have had such a terrific response to Judy Merritt's Block of the Month class! There are 17 who started this year long project in October! The quilt "Vintage Valentine" is just lovely and Judy is making it so easy for everyone . Not only is she offering the monthly classes at both an evening and a Saturday time slot, she is willing to meet and help her "students" at additional times in between the "official" classes. We are so lucky to have her leading everyone in this project.

The Bernina Cutwork tool has arrived and Linda is having fun playing with it! The tool takes the place of your machine needle and actually cuts the fabric. No longer do we have to cut out those little pieces of fabric when we are doing embroidery cutwork! Stop in for a demo!
